My sister and her husband just had their first baby! Her name is Penelope (Penny) Palmer. Check out her pictures at PennyPalmer.com. She is about 2 months old now and weighs about 9 lbs. When she was born she weighed just 4 pounds 11 ounces!

My sis brought Penny in town from Austin for the weekend so this was the first time I was able to spend some quality time with Penny. She’s so sweet!

As of the end of last month, I am officially a court appointed child adocate. I went through the 30 hours of training through Child Advocates, Inc and I was sworn in on January 25th by Judge Frank Rynd. I already received my first case and I feel very honored to take part in these children’s lives. If you have an interest in volunteering, then I highly recommend that you check them out. Child Advocates, Inc has many large and small volunteer opportunities that need to be filled.

With my recent wedding, honeymoon, and merge with Maria, I have been unable to do any work on my site. Maria and I are almost settled in so I am back to doing a little freelance and I hope to start updating my site again. Thanks for everyone’s support over the past few months!
